Host of ion TV's TheeMARiO Show, was born Mario L. Martin, raised in the metropolitan area of Louisville, Kentucky. Many in the Midwest recognize Thee Mario for his ingenious “Shut ups”, thus inspiring him to author the book, entitled “101 ways to Shut Up”.  In addition to producing events like “The Comedy Feud Game Show” and “TheeMARiO's Playlist”, Thee Mario has had his hand in several forms of entertainment. He has become most popular because of his radical, random, and explosive sense of humor, while remaining professional enough to host events for city government, universities, and churches all over the Midwest.

Thee Mario, awarded Up and coming Comic of 2010 by Streatway Ent, has since went on to win the Louisville improv comedy competition, and host television shows. Pausing comedy career briefly as an ordained Pastor, TheeMARiO returned to comedy in 2024, still a headlining act in Christian culture, and performs in clubs and colleges all over. He has shared the stage with many favorites of all genres. A few notable names are Maze featuring Frankie Beverly, William Murphy, Dr. Bobby Jones, Tonex, Paul S. Morton, Noel Jones, Michael Blackson of Next Friday, and Shaq’s All Star Comedy Jam.

Those that know him often utter, “There’s no telling what he might say or do! “..and all over the Midwest, the stage seems to erupt as Thee Mario manages to leave crowds of all ages, backgrounds, ethnicities, emotionally uplifted.
